I've read your guide for the undeground river in Puerto Princesa and was amazing.
We have some doubts. We have read that we need to make a reservation previously and get a "Permit to visit" on the oficial web. It is a mandatory? Because we can not find exactly yhe link or the web in order to get that Permit to visit and exchange for the tickets in the tourists agency. Could you share the best way to get that Permit to visit, please?

There are plenty blogs online saying you need to join a tour or get a “permit” before you can visit underground river.
However, when I went, I just drove to the pier, and paid for all my requirements there. No need to prebook anything.

In most places no. But in some parts yes.

Yes! You can wear a life jacket for both activities.
You’re provided a life jacket for the whale sharks, while there are plenty of rentals around in Moalboal for the sardines.
The sardines and the whale sharks are very visible from the surface, so no need to dive down or anything.
