- Direct flights to and from El Nido are expensive, which is why a lot of travelers prefer to fly into Puerto Princessa instead.
- There are countless vans and buses going from Puerto Princessa to El Nido, it’s very easy to get on one.
- Many vans can also pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Princessa.
- If you want to see schedules or book in advance, you can book a van from the airport, the terminal, or even at your hotel here.

- If you don’t want to commute from Caticlan Airport to your hotel in Boracay, you can book a van transfer here.
- There are countless tricycles waiting outside the Caticlan airport ready to take you to the port. There are countless ferries at the port ready to take you to Boracay Island. And there are countless tricycles waiting at the Boracay port to take you to your hotel. This is a very easy route to commute.
- There is a Hop-on Hop-off bus that can take you anywhere on Boracay island. Get a card here.

- South Bus Terminal doesn’t have an official schedule. However, there are buses leaving for Moalboal roughly every 30 minutes.

Notes:
- This route sounds complicated, but countless buses and ferries ply this route, so it’s very easy.
- If you’re okay with riding tricycles, you can also take a tricycle from Bato Port to Liloan Port. The boats from Liloan Port dock in Sibulan Port, which is closer to Dumaguete than Tampi. From Sibulan, you can also take a tricycle or bus to Dumaguete Port.
- In theory, you can do this route in less than 3 hours. However, there’s bound to be some waiting time in the ports.
- Ferries from Bato to Tampi and Liloan to Sibulan alternate in schedule. There’s a boat leaving roughly every 45 minutes (if not in Bato, it’s in Liloan). There’s no need to book ahead.
- There are lots of ferries (both slow and fast) from Dumaguete to Siquijor per day. You can check schedules and book tickets at the port, or online here.

- The ferry from Bohol to Camiguin leaves from Jagna Port, which is 1.5 hours away from Tagbilaran, and roughly 2 hours away from Panglao.
- You can ride a bus from Tagbilaran City to Jagna in the Dao Terminal.
- The ferry is run by Super Shuttle, and it leaves every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, it’s a good idea to check here for the latest schedule, and check Super Shuttle’s Facebook page for notices.

- This route is more expensive and not necessarily faster than by heading to Jagna. However, it is more convenient.
- There are a lot of boats from Bohol to Cebu. My personal recommendation for tourists is OceanJet. It’s the fastest boat from Tagbilaran, which is closest to the tourist zone in Panglao.
