Fastest Route
π₯οΈ Ferry from Momo Beach, Panglao to Quartel Beach, Oslob | 1.5 hours | (book online)
π Southbound bus to Bato Port | 40 minutes |
π Bus bound for Cebu City (stop in Moalboal) | 1.5 hours
Notes:
- The only ferry from Bohol to Oslob is run by Apekop Travel, which leaves once a day. You can book online here.
- The boat has limited seats, so I highly recommend booking ahead.
- When you arrive in Quartel Beach, itβs a short 400m walk to the highway, where you can hail a southbound bus bound for Bato.
- When you arrive in Bato Port, wait on the highway for a northbound bus going to Cebu. Tell the conductor to drop you in Moalboal.
- This route sounds complicated. But over 50 buses ply these routes daily, so itβs a lot easier than it might seem.
Alternative Route
π₯οΈ Ferry from Tagbilaran City to Cebu City | 2 hours | (book online)
π Taxi to South Bus Terminal | 15 minutes
π Bus to Moalboal | 2 – 3 hours

- This route is longer, but you can do it at almost any time of the day, so itβs more convenient.
- You can book ferry tickets to Cebu City on the spot (cheaper), but it’s more convenient to book online.
